Shipping policy

Made-to-order production

CaliberPlays products are printed on demand after you place an order. Most orders are ready to ship in approximately 4–7 business days during normal periods. During busy seasonal periods, production can average 9–12 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed ship dates. Product availability, artwork review, holidays, and supplier capacity can affect timing. We will contact you if we learn of a significant issue with your order.

Shipping destinations and charges

We currently ship only within the United States. Available methods and the total shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add shipping charges after checkout. If checkout does not offer a rate for your U.S. address, contact us before ordering. We do not accept orders for delivery to Canada or other countries.

Transit and tracking

Delivery time begins after production and carrier pickup. Transit depends on destination, carrier, weather, and other factors outside our control. When a shipment is dispatched, we will send tracking information when available. A label can be created before the carrier's first scan, so tracking may take a few business days to show movement. Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers; this does not mean items are missing or that we charged an additional shipping fee.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your shipping address before placing an order. Email hello@caliberplays.com immediately if it needs correction. We can try to change an address only before production or shipment, and cannot guarantee a change once production starts. If tracking shows a problem, a package is lost, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos so we can investigate and make it right.
